Our strength and success are built on lasting partnerships

A broad base of partnerships enables Be Team International’s hospital in Kabul to collaborate with government-run national, regional, provincial, and district hospitals throughout Afghanistan, from turbulent cities to rural mountain villages. Working with respected Afghan and international humanitarian organizations, private businesses, and universities, the hospital provides dependable, high-quality care — and reaches far beyond its own walls. We are grateful for every organization and individual who chooses to stand with this work.

What may not be immediately visible is how much steady commitment means to the people actually doing this work. Every partnership with Be Team International — in whatever form it takes — is an act of conviction in a place where resources are scarce and clinical needs are immense. To stand with this work is to insist that human dignity matters, and that it matters regardless of geography, politics, or circumstance. We are deeply honored by every organization and individual who makes that choice. Our partnerships fall into four categories: grant partners who fund specific programs, contracted clients who rely on us for trusted in-country medical services, organizations around the world who collaborate with us on training and capacity building, and field partners — monthly donors whose steady generosity keeps the work moving every single day.

Grant Partners

Our grant partners provide focused funding for programs that transform lives. Be Team International is humbled and deeply grateful for their long-term commitment and confidence in the Afghan hospital team, making outcomes possible that no single funding source could achieve alone.

  • Fistula Foundation | Partner since 2009. Has funded more than 2,440 fistula surgeries, patient transportation, hospital infrastructure, COVID-19 response, solar power, staff salaries, and a fistula prevention workshop for 70 midwives from all 34 of Afghanistan’s provinces.

In-Country Contract Partners

We are privileged to work alongside a remarkable network of Afghan and international organizations focused on training, education, and capacity building. Together, we are strengthening Afghanistan’s healthcare system from the inside out.

Field Partners

We are so thankful for our friends who make gifts of all sizes monthly — choosing, quietly and faithfully, to show up for Afghanistan’s women, children, and families every single month.

We call them Field Partners. Their recurring gifts are the foundation of our mission, ensuring the Afghan hospital team has what they need: the right supplies at the right time, ongoing training, and the resources to respond without hesitation when urgent needs arise.

There is something deeply meaningful about a gift that keeps coming. It says: I am with you. Not just once. Consistently. That kind of commitment mirrors the faithfulness of the Afghan medical heroes you support.

Become a Field Partner — join our most dedicated circle of supporters.

Your monthly gift, at any level, makes a tangible difference:

  • $25/month: Sustain the Lifeline. Your monthly gift ensures a steady, reliable supply of critical items like sutures, antibiotics, and clean linens for the maternity ward at our hospital in Kabul.
  • $50/month: Champion a Vulnerable Family. Your gift covers a full day of life-saving neonatal care for a premature baby, and provides their family with nutritional support, every single month.
  • $100/month: The Hero Fund. Your gift goes directly to our most strategic need: keeping the Afghan hospital team trained, equipped, and ready to meet any challenge.
  • $300/month: The Surgeon’s Circle. Your steadfast monthly support helps sustain a senior Afghan surgeon, providing the resources they need to perform complex, life-saving operations and train the next generation of healers.
