November 17, 2023Conflict in Afghanistan has forced 700,000 Afghans to leave their homes in 2022, adding to the 5.5 million displaced over the past years. An anonymous ‘angel’ responded to alleviate hunger in Afghanistan. Kate Grant, CEO of the Fistula Foundation directed her to Be Team International. With this donor’s gift, we expanded our outreach into the provinces. We can provide a three-month supply of rice, beans, oil, and flour to a family of 10 for $150, reaching women, men, and children.
