Your gift may fund a stand-alone project or be combined with other sponsors to complete larger priorities that strengthen our hospital in Kabul and reach vulnerable families beyond it. You may choose a project focus from the options below, or allow BTI to direct your gift to the greatest need at the time of giving.

• $5,000: Sponsor Nutrition for Vulnerable Families. Help provide life-preserving support for families facing food insecurity. Your gift helps supply staple foods to families and expectant mothers in greatest need. $150 feeds a family of 10 for three months.
• $7,500: Sponsor Essential Hospital Capacity. Support the daily work that makes safe childbirth, emergency care, and family health services possible, through supplies, equipment needs, and essential readiness at our hospital in Kabul.
• $15,000: Sponsor Advanced Surgical Training and Equipment. Strengthen specialized training, including minimally invasive surgical skills, so our Afghan medical team can provide excellent care in a very busy hospital and share knowledge that raises the quality of care more broadly.

Some needs are too large, and too urgent, to address one patient at a time. A Regional Program investment enables large-scale work with far-reaching impact, deepening the quality of care at our hospital in Kabul while extending healing and readiness to communities beyond it.

Your investment in a regional program reaches further and helps sustain the essentials that make excellent care possible:

• Clinical excellence and advanced skills (specialized training, mentorship, and up-to-date procedures)
• Hospital capacity and readiness (equipment, supplies, and key service upgrades)
• Outreach and rapid response when communities face urgent need (mobile services, coordination, and deployment)
• Support for vulnerable families when basic needs threaten health and survival (nutrition and essentials)

Regional Program gifts begin at $25,000 and can be directed to the highest priority need, or designated according to your preference.

• $25,000: Strengthen a high-need service line or training cohort that benefits women and children.
• $50,000: Expand hospital capacity, equipment access, and training that elevates quality and safety for thousands of patients.
• $100,000+: Accelerate multi-year initiatives including training, infrastructure, and outreach that extend impact beyond the hospital and into underserved communities.
